Oriental Harem Garden

I worked on the copper braid portions of this last night, until I started making too many counting mistakes on the last corner. Then I filled in a bit of the Mediterranean thread on the upper corner.

Harem

Well, as long as it keeps my attention, I am going to keep working on my Oriental Harem Garden (Chatelaine Designs). I completed the outer portion of the copper outlines. Now I just have to go back and fill in the rest of the motifs. By doing it this way, I was sure that everything lined up, before I invested a lot more time in finishing the center portion of the copper braid, only to find out it didn't meet at the right point. Much more simple to stitch than explain!

Oriental Harem Garden

I worked on this one for quite a while yesterday. I managed to complete the inside of one portal, another window and some of the outlines for the building. I just love the combination of colors on the door and windows.

Little Gwendolyn is done! I love how she is holding the little flower treasure!



Pssst....don't tell....I used the wrong color bead for one symbol....I decided not to take it out.

Comet

Well, with all the sorting and cleaning going on, I have not stitched that much lately. I did work on Comet for a little while last night:
