The fabric is a bit wonky, but this is the scissor case tree that is in the current issue of the Just Cross Stitch Ornaments as the companion piece for the Gingerbread House. One more piece to go - the back of the scissor case with the over-one name and date.
But as a little sideline from all the "gingerbread" - I started the Just Nan Over the Top Tin piece which is the witch's hat. Here's the brim:
