A Little Diversion

I took a little detour last night from working on my Fairy Garden. I finished up the first block on my Christmas at Hawk Run Hollow! The colors are so vibrant on this...the chartpack picture definitely needs to be retaken!

After looking at several of the blocks, there are only a few that do not have a peacock somewhere in it.

    This is SO beautiful Michele. And an inspiration to start mine soon too. All is ready to go...but I got a bit side tracked by the Grand Marquoir.

    Your picture shows the colors just right. Nicer then on the chart picture btw. Love it.

    That is really beautiful Michele. I agree with you, the chart picture should be retaken because it just doesn't do it justice. Great stitching!

    Oh, Michele, how beautiful! I just love your colors. This is really making me want to pick mine up, though I thought I would be stitching SB "Holly and Ivy," first. Your peacock is gorgeous!
