A little more on my Christmas at Hawk Run Hollow (Block #1). I'm alternating between this one and my Fairies Flower Garden.

The colors are much richer than the picture on the chart shows.

Silly Monster

I decided to use the octopus past of Shores of Hawk Run to make a silly scissor fob to go with my pincushion.

More parts to come....oops...have to stitch them first!

An abbreviated version of Block 12 from The Shores of Hawk Run. Once I complete this portion of the project, I'll show another picture as to why I shortened it.;P

A new start, of course! This is a little sun from one of the blocks on Carriage House Samplings newest design, Shores of Hawk Run Hollow;

I have a few special plans for "Shores." Have to wait and see if I can get these plans from my head to the fabric.! ;)

"N" is for Needle

Now that Isabelle has received her pinkeep, I can post a picture of it. This was a fun one to stitch. I like stitching the CHS alphabet letters.

....a new start...

This is Carriage House Samplings Quaker Stocking (the brown version). I am just loving how this piece is working up. It's done on 35 count Pearled Barley by Lakeside Linens. I really like this linen. I thought I would have a difficult time with the 35 count, but it's going along so nicely! I really don't want to work on anything else right now. (I just started this yesterday afternoon after a visit to The Stitching Post for the supplies!)

It's a Bird!

This is a design from Carriage House Samplings that I received in a Round Robin kit back in 2003. I'm thinking that it might make a cute ornament.
