The bottom

...the bottom of Scream House...this part was a pretty quick stitch.

Ooooooohhhh,,,,,oooooohhhhh

Does that seem spooky? Hope so...I have been working on my Just Nan Scream House. I finished up all the missing portions and beads (which look like little tiny pumpkins) on the first panel of the haunted house etui.

I also finished the second panel with the mummy. The lines to show his "wrappings" do not show very well, both in the picture or IRL. I may have to change that to a little darker thread, since otherwise I think he looks just like another ghost.

I also made a small start on the bottom panel last night, although there is not a lot to show other than black lines.

Beads, Bees and Spiders

There are two more ghosts as well as a couple of little pumpkins and the remainder of the border to be stitched.

Spooky

Well...not really...more cute than spooky! I started my Limited Edition kit from Just Nan, "Scream House." This is the front door of the spooky little Halloween house....still a bit more to do, but you can "see" where the ghost will be.




(it is a bit stretched and crooked, isn't it...the scanner will do it every time...)

Christmas Workshop

I got my Just Nan Christmas Workshop kit yesterday. Too cute!! Of course, I had to start it right away!!:))This is a picture of the supplies in the kit, as well as my WIP

Only four more triangle outlines to go! Working on that red gingham is going to be a bear! I only did a little, but it was time consuming.

Bluebird Box

I pulled out my Bluebird Box from Nan and worked on it a bit yesterday. I did the panel that will eventually be the back of the box. The top was already done. Two more sides and the bottom are all that is left to do. I looked at the instructions for making the bluebird from the wool felt. It doesn't look too difficult; hopefully, when I'm ready to make it, I'll still feel that way:)

Witch Way

...and here's #5 of my group of five finishes! This is Just Nan's, Witch Way. A cute Halloween design; I don't know why I didn't finish it sooner.:)

Terrible picture, but my camera needs some new batteries. And this is #4 of my next group of five finishes....Just Nan's Day 1 from her Twelve Days of Christmas. I really do like this set of ornaments; maybe I'll have to set a new goal after this group of five is done....finish these ornaments (maybe two or three at a time) before any more new starts....hmmm...sounds like a plan. So, there are eleven left, let's say three groups of three ornaments, and then the final two....allowing myself a new start after one group of ornaments is done. Who knows? Maybe they will be done by this Christmas.;p
