More Hawaiian
Yeah!!! The black borders met up as they should! Still have a bit more stitching to get this part finished. At least I have the outline ready to put in the next part just in case those specialty stitches don't get done in time.

Hawaiian Garden
Here's a bit of progress on Part 2. I've only done the cross stitches on the two side "pineapples." I will fill in all the specialty stitches (Rhodes, Jessicas and backstitch) after I finish the fourth side.

Mystery SAL
This is my WIP of the mystery SAL from the Wonderful World of Cross Stitch Board. The design is by Helga Mandl and Barbara Ana Designs.
There is a large snowman, some more balloons and a house that will go to the right that I have t stitch for the remainder of Part 1.
(sorry for the pale picture, but I had to scan this one)

Tuscany Garden
After finishing my Mystery X, I decided to try and stitch a little on my Tuscany Garden. I put in the Rhodes stitch border, as well as the backstitched flower border, some beads, part of a medallion and part of one bridge.

..and now the beads...
on my Celtic Mystery, that is! I thought the outer border beads were gold for some reason....not! They are a very pretty deep rose color. Very nice. The heart is not attached yet, I just placed it in the middle to get an idea of how it will look.

Celtic Mystery
I worked on my Mystery XI for a little bit more last night. I have some gold backstitching to complete, as well as attaching gold beads in the outer border. I have not received the three threads I need to complete the outer triangles. These areas should not take too long to fill in once I get those threads.

Japanese Garden
Here's a little more from my SAL with Isabelle:
I finished one entire Bonsai and two more Bonsai pots; I still have to do the leaves on the remaining two. I also added a few of the beads and crystals. And finished the rock garden stitches that were missing.

I like this one better
This is my second attempt at choosing colors for Judy Odell's Sampler Garden.
This was done with Threadgatherer's Silk'n Colors Acorn Woods on 34 count Legacy Linen, Wren Wing. I think this is the one I will stitch for the casket box.

A New Year, A New Mystery
With the beginning of the new year, comes a new start on a new mystery. This is my first progress picture of Mystery XI, the Celtic Mystery.
I also worked a bit on my Hawaiian Garden. I finally finished one of four of the pineapples. They are a lot more work than I originally thought!

Mystery 10...
Well, I did not finish this one during the year....but I am on Part 12 and only have three more sides of this border to go!
This is a closeup of the lower corner with the border.
Ooops.....just noticed looking at my picture I left off a few purple stitches.....
