A little more of Baroque Gardens
This is my WIP on the first portion of Chatelaine Designs Baroque Gardens. I still have a lot more to do, but at least I have the top width (with the exception of the outlining border) established. Wouldn't you know it? I didn't notice the little piece of stray thread until after the picture.
Here's a little detail of the left hand side. The design calls for four gold Delica beads to be placed in the centers of the green motifs. I decided to try some of the larger Mill Hill beads I have left over from some of my Mirabilia/Nora Corbett Designs. I used two of them in the center. I also used just one in place of what was to be a gold crystal.in the rectangle.

You made a nice progress on your new design : it is great and the colors seem to be gorgeous as always with the Chatelaine designs :-)
Have a nice day ,
Michele - that is stunning! I've seen this piece and have held off from ordering it because I have so many of her other pieces. I'm going to look forward to your progress on this, and just may have to stumble and order it! It's looking beautiful so far.
The colours are gorgeous! The beads look fab too.
It's beautiful, Michele!
