Coop

#7 Coop for my All Cooped Up quilt.  I have been cutting and measuring...and cutting and measuring for all the coops, nine-patch blocks and borders for it.  I still have about 12 fabrics to cut.....Whew!  But when I had enough to finish one little coop last night, I decided to go ahead and stitch it together by hand.

I also worked on a lot of little circle flower pieces yesterday for Block #4 of Le Jardin.

Gorgeous fabrics! You still have a lot of blocks to make I saw. Do you mostly use a sewingmachine to stitch the parts together?

Hi, Ineke,

This one was done by hand. I haven't decided whether to stitch all the others by hand or machine. I do like to do them by hand while I watch a movie on TV. The rooster block backgrounds and borders were done by hand, this time. The roosters themselves still have to be stitched down (which according to McKenna Ryan's way of doing it, is done at the time of quilting).
